1. Warranty and Liability

Notidog provides a script for creating in-site notifications on user websites. While we endeavor to provide a robust and error-free script, we are not responsible for incorrect implementation or integration of our script into user websites. Users are encouraged to follow the implementation guidelines provided. Notidog will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from incorrect implementation or usage of our script.

2. Cookies

Notidog uses cookies to enhance the user experience and ensure the functionality of its services. Cookies help us track user sessions, preferences, and other necessary functional aspects to provide our service. By using Notidog, you agree to the use of these cookies in accordance with our privacy policy.

3. Purchases

Our services are offered as a one-time purchase granting a lifetime license to use, which remains valid until the termination of the business or discontinuation of the service. Users are granted access to our services indefinitely under the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase unless otherwise terminated by Notidog.

4. Refund Policy

Notidog offers a seven-day refund policy from the date of purchase for users who are dissatisfied with our service. After this period, all purchases are final and not eligible for a refund. We encourage users to evaluate their needs during this time.

5. Fee Changes

Notidog reserves the right to modify the pricing structure of its plans, including the potential conversion from a one-time purchase fee to a subscription model. Changes in pricing will not affect users who have already made a purchase under previous terms but will apply to new purchases or renewals made after such changes have been published and communicated.

6. Intellectual Property

The scripts and code provided by Notidog are the intellectual property of Notidog. Users are granted a license to use these materials on their own websites for the purpose of displaying notifications. This license does not include rights for resale, redistribution, or creation of derivative works. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Notidog.

7. Accounts and Termination

Users purchase a lifetime access to Notidog’s services. If a user wishes to terminate their account, they may contact us at accounts@notidog.com. Termination will result in the permanent deletion of the account and cessation of access to our services.

8. Copyright Policy

All content provided on Notidog, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the script, are owned by Notidog or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this service is the exclusive property of Notidog.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.

10. Changes to Service

Notidog reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. You agree that Notidog shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
